How to live comfortably? This is not how much money you have or need to live comfortably. This is about how to make our body comfortable and happy.
A friend who has suffered from constipation for a long time asked, "What can make the intestines and stomach smooth?" Because constipation is the enemy of beauty and comfort.
Unless absolutely necessary, I will definitely oppose the use of drugs to clear the stomach and intestines.

Step 1: Drink Warm Water
The first thing after getting up every morning is to drink a glass of warm water. Adding one or more of the following benefits even more:
- Add salt in your drink
- Add honey
- Add a few drops of lemon essential oil
Step 2: Have Hot Drink
Then, eat a simple protein-packed breakfast with a cup of hot drink. The stomach will be smooth immediately after breakfast.

Step 3: Do Standing Forward Bend
Standing forward bend is a yoga pose. However, it is an easy pose. Do this pose once in the morning, afternoon and evening.
- Stand feet shoulder-length wide
- Bend from hip crease to let your head down
- Keep legs straight
- Let hands dropped as far as possible to the ground

Step 4: Eat Fruits and Vegetables
What to eat for the rest of the day?
- Eat lots of fruits during lunch
- Eat lots of vegetables at dinner
Step 5: In Moderation
The quality and quantity of your diet must be in moderation.
If you often have dinner parties, it is advisable to eat lightly at home.
A plate of steamed eggs, a plate of braised tofu, and a large plate of vegetables cooked without oil (you can use a little chicken broth) is a very appropriate meal.
Step 6: Before Bed
Before going to bed, do the following:
- Do calisthenics for at least five minutes
- Listen to light music, and
- Even say a little prayer of thanksgiving
